Philosophy

Corporate strategist Rubi Iqbal founded Coley Street Consulting on the belief that the ability to create transformational social change is dependent on the effectiveness and willingness of the private and public sector to come together.

The long term goal is to create an infrastructure for both sides, where they can understand one another and work together, with the aim to create an ecosystem that is able to tackle societal issues in a long lasting way.

Approach

The biggest challenge facing leaders today is the ability to get things done, while protecting their organisation's sense of purpose and responsibility, so our focus is to support them to embed a social impact strategy that enables companies to achieve its overall business goals.

The aim is to strengthen an organisation’s reputation and influence, reduce risk and add value - for both their stakeholders and their audiences. We provide support at every step of the transformation journey to drive tangible value.
